This is the product of the planning and execution of a real working Host Club in the style of the anime series Ouran High School Host Club. In all, there will be seven of us hosting plus one manager with other members rotating depending on the length of the actual event. Our goal is to serve the attendees using personality and dialogue to interact with the attendees in an authentic manner that parallels the series. We hope that this event and the info panel will inspire others to join or start their own if they cannot join ours.

There have been missteps, but developments in personalizing the form, technology as well as the involvement of art schools may lead to a sunny future. Questions: how can the US creators develop their art and craft and then reach out to the world. This panel will focus on advanced techniques that are difficult to demonstrate in a live workshop setting due to time constraints and other factors. This will be a presentation and discussion on advance Gundam model building topics such as scratch building, using putty, conversion kits, diorama making, etc. Materials such as plastic plates, putty, metal after market parts, combining parts from different kits, and fabrication with resin casting will be discussed in the panel. Folks interested in pushing their current Gundam model building skills to much higher levels are encouraged. Folks new to Gundam model building are also encouraged as they can see how simple some of these "advanced" techniques are when broken down into atomic steps.

ParaPara dancing is a type of dance that originated in Japanese night clubs during the 1980's. It is known for its extensive arm movements with little to no leg movement, usually to the tune of Eurobeat. Featured in many different Japanese mediums through out the last 20 years, it is huge part of Japanese culture. We will teach you all of the basics you need to know in order to dance ParaPara, along with teaching brand new routines!
